We want you to feel secure when shopping with us. Please read carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, pre-orders, and refunds.

1. 14-Day Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to request a return under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • For pre-orders, the 14-day withdrawal period starts only after the product is delivered. Pre-order cancellations before shipment are not accepted.

  • The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you, or a person designated by you (other than the courier), receives the product.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders require either:

  1. A deposit to reserve your item (non-refundable), or
  2. Full payment upfront, which may be eligible for refund under this policy (subject to deductions).

  • Deposits go directly to the manufacturer and cannot be reclaimed.

  • All pre-order products are limited edition with restricted quantities; delivery dates are estimates only.

  • Delays in production are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Estimated release dates are not binding and do not qualify for cancellation or refund, except if the product is discontinued or canceled.

  • Products are shipped only after full payment (deposit + balance) is received.

3. Cancellations by Customer

  • Deposits cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If you have paid the full amount for a pre-order before it is ready for shipment, you may be eligible for a refund. Applicable deductions from the refund include:

  1. The deposit amount as stated on the product page
  2. Payment provider handling fees, including transaction or currency conversion charges

  • Once production is complete and the product is ready for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Returns & Refunds (After Shipping)

  • You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt, per Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of use, handling beyond inspection, or damage.

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned goods or once valid proof of shipment is provided.

5. Exemptions from Cancellation

  • Certain goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, per Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

  1. Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., handcrafted resin statues)
  2. Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, where unsealing affects condition, authenticity, or resale value

  • These exemptions protect both consumers and sellers, especially for unique or limited edition items.

6. Delivery Timelines

  • In-stock orders are typically shipped within 30 days of confirmation.

  • Sea freight: 60–90 working days

  • Air freight: 15–20 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier operations, and international logistics.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties or taxes when sending the product back to China.
  •  Handling and repackaging fees may apply if the product loses value due to handling beyond inspection.
