1. Payment Structure

Upfront Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the order total is charged when you place your order.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance will be due only when the product is ready to ship.
You will receive an email with the payment request and the invoice at that time.

Important:
Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to delays.

2. Order Confirmation

  Your order is confirmed only after the initial payment has been successfully processed.

  You will receive an order confirmation by email.
  

3. Delivery Process

• 
  Once the remaining balance is paid, your item will be shipped.
  
• 
  Shipping times depend on the chosen shipping method:
  
  
  Sea shipping: 60–70 days
  
  
  Air shipping: 15–20 days (available upon request with an additional fee)
  
  
  
• 
  The status of your order and the related tracking numbers may take several days to appear in your account on our website.
  When the tracking becomes visible, your package is already on the way to you.
  

Important for After-Sales Support

  Please record an unboxing video from the very beginning, meaning from the moment you open the outer shipping box.
  
• 
  This is necessary for after-sales assistance in case of missing or damaged parts.
  
• 
  Pre-order products are always covered by after-sales service.
  
• 
  China Stock products are not covered by the studio’s warranty.
  

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Initial Payment (20%)

  The deposit is non-refundable.
  

Remaining Balance (if already paid)

• 
  Fully refundable if the order is canceled before shipping.
  
• 
  If the studio officially cancels a project, your order is refunded in full.
  
• 
  Non-refundable once the product has been shipped.
  

5. Pre-Order Terms (Summary)

• 
  Pre-order release dates are indicative only; manufacturer or studio delays may occur.
  
• 
  Once production is complete, we will send the balance invoice.
  
• 
  After the balance is paid, the product is shipped to our warehouse and then dispatched to you.
  

Shipping Costs & Customs Included for:

EU, US, AUS, UK, IRL, NZL, RU, CHN, MY, SGP, TH, VNM, PH (Manila only).
(Excluding remote areas.)

Special Conditions

⚠️ Canada & Mexico: Sea-shipping customs duties are included; however, additional shipping fees apply.
⚠️ All other countries: Shipping and/or customs fees are not included in the price.

Additional charges may apply depending on your destination country and the size and weight of the package.

6. Exclusions (Discounts & Promotions)

Coupons, discount codes, and promotional offers may not be applied to orders using the Partial Payment option unless explicitly stated.
The 20% advance payment always remains fixed.

7. Your Agreement

By choosing the Partial Payment option at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms outlined in this policy.
