📦 SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY

1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping costs and customs duties are included in the final price for deliveries to the following regions (excluding remote areas):
EU, USA,  Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Russia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines (Manila).

No additional costs will be applied for these destinations unless the delivery address is classified as a remote area.

For Canada and Mexico, sea-shipping customs duties are included; however, additional shipping fees apply.

All shipments are handled by a specialized courier to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery information is correct and up to date before shipping.


2. REMOTE AREAS
A remote location/area/zone is defined as any location that is isolated, difficult to reach, or inconvenient for carriers. Shipping companies may apply a surcharge to deliver to such locations.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

- Small or remote islands

- Mountain or ski resort areas

- Small remote villages

- Hard-to-access regions

Customers residing in remote areas accept that additional shipping fees may apply and are responsible for verifying whether their address falls within a remote zone.


3. COUNTRIES NOT COVERED BY INCLUSIVE SHIPPING
For all countries not listed above, shipping and/or customs fees are not included in the product price.

Additional fees are calculated based on:

- Destination country

- Size and weight of the package

These costs will be communicated when the product is ready for shipment. For pre-order items, shipping fees are calculated and communicated after production is completed and the product is ready to dispatch.

Customers not residing in the regions listed above (including remote areas) are responsible for:

- Customs duties

- Customs clearance fees

- Import taxes

- Any other charges imposed by their country

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the relevant import regulations of their country.


4. DELIVERY TIMES
Each product on our website may have different production and delivery timelines, depending on its artistic, technical, and manufacturing complexity.

4.1 Pre-Orders
Release dates for pre-order items are indicative only and may vary as manufacturers continually work to improve product quality.

Once production is completed, the studio will require payment of the outstanding balance within a specified deadline. If the balance is not paid on time, the order will be cancelled and the pre-order deposit will be forfeited.

After the balance is paid:

- The studio ships the product to our warehouse

- Our team registers the items

- Orders are prepared and shipped within 30 days of receiving the balance payment

4.2 Maximum Delay and Refund
If the manufacturer delays delivery for 36 months or more from the date of purchase confirmation until the end of the estimated delivery period, the full pre-order amount will be refunded.


5. SHIPPING METHODS

- 🛳️ Standard Sea Shipping — Included for eligible countries listed above (excluding remote areas).

- ✈️ Air Shipping — Available upon request for an additional fee.

- 🚚 Additional Fees — May apply to remote areas, countries not covered by our free-shipping policy, or oversized/overweight packages.


6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
Customers are responsible for:

- Ensuring their shipping address is correct before dispatch

- Verifying whether they reside in a remote or restricted area

- Paying any additional fees applicable to their region

- Checking their country’s customs and tax regulations

- Ensuring timely payment of pre-order balances to avoid cancellation
