How does your after sale service work?


Our staff maintain direct contact with manufacturers, allowing us to provide after-sales support for any defects or missing parts in your order. If a product arrives damaged or defective due to improper packaging, we are here to assist by contacting the studios on your behalf. To ensure after-sales service, it is necessary to provide an unboxing video showing the package from when it is still closed and sealed until all the contents have been unboxed. Please keep in mind that resin statues are fragile and handmade, so slight variations or minor imperfections between products are possible and fall under the manufacturer’s responsibility. We will do our best to negotiate with the manufacturer and provide effective solutions to meet your needs, while understanding that the final product quality is ultimately determined by the manufacturer.

What do I need to do to get a replacement part?

To ensure a smooth after-sales process, please document the unboxing experience with a video showing the package from when it is still closed and sealed until all contents have been unboxed, and take detailed pictures of any damage. Studios often require this for quality control purposes.

Any damages should be reported within 5 working days of receiving the product by filling out this form, using the courier's delivery date as verification. In case of significant damage, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note: No after-sales service is available for in stock statues that have been released for more than 3 months.

How long does it take?

If the spare part is immediately available, it will take from a week to 10 days for it to arrive in the warehouse and be able to be shipped. To this must be added the delivery times that depend on the size of the package and consequently on the shipping method used (which therefore can vary from 15 to 70 days or more).

In some cases, if the spare part is not available, the manufacturer may be willing to produce it on demand. In such situations, you will need to wait for the part to be manufactured, which depends on the factory’s production schedule. This process can be lengthy and labor-intensive, as the factory will need to make and paint the requested parts from scratch.

We therefore ask you to be patient.

It is important to remember that "China Stock" items are not covered by this warranty because the factory is no longer able to produce spare parts.

Which products are covered by after-sale service?

Products in pre-order are always covered by after-sale service.

China Stock products are no longer covered by the studio’s warranty. This is because the factory that produces them typically stops supplying spare parts about 3 months after the release date. In some cases, studios may still provide spare parts if they are already available in their warehouses. We encourage you to contact our customer service to check whether the statue you are interested in ordering is still covered by warranty.

What is not covered by the after-sales service?

  • Damages of the exterior brown box.
  • Damages of the colored box (art box).
  • Minor damages such as scratches, product flaws, or factory-preglued parts that can be restored to their original condition with just glue.
  • Some out-of-stock or China Stock products.

Defects and breakages are common problems of collecting resin statues, we invite you to order consciously.
