How does your after sale service work?
Our staff maintain direct contact with manufacturers, enabling us to provide after-sales solutions for any defects or missing parts in your order.
We are here to help by reaching out to the studios if a product arrives defective or damaged due to improper packaging.
It is crucial to remember that resin statues are fragile and handmade. As handmade items, slight defects or variations between products are possible and are the manufacturer's responsibility.
We will endeavor to negotiate with the manufacturer and offer effective solutions to meet customer needs, understanding that the ultimate product quality lies outside our control.
What do I need to do to get a replacement part?
To ensure a smooth after-sales process, make sure to document the unboxing experience with a video and damage with detailed pictures. Studios often require this for quality control purposes. Any damages should be reported within 5 working days of receiving the product by filling out this form. The courier's delivery date will serve as verification. In case of significant damage, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
How long does it take?
If the spare part is immediately available, it will take from a week to 10 days for it to arrive in the warehouse and be able to be shipped. To this must be added the delivery times that depend on the size of the package and consequently on the shipping method used (which therefore can vary from 15 to 60 days).

If the spare part is not available, you will have to wait for it to be produced, which depends on the factory timing. This process can be long and laborious since the factory will have to make and paint the requested parts from scratch.
We therefore ask you to be patient.
It is important to remember that "China Stock" items are not covered by this warranty because the factory is no longer able to produce spare parts.
Which products are covered by after-sale service?
Products in pre-order are always covered by after-sale service.
China Stock products may no longer be covered by the studio's warranty. This is because the factory that produces them stops supplying spare parts approximately 3 months after the release date. Studios may sometimes provide spare parts if these are already in their warehouses.
We invite you to contact our customer service to check if the statue you are interested in ordering is still covered by warranty.
What is not covered by the after-sales service?
- Damages of the exterior brown box.
- Damages of the colored box (art box).
- Minor damages such as scratches, product flaws, or factory-preglued parts that can be restored to their original condition with just glue.
- Some out-of-stock or China Stock products.
Defects and breakages are common problems of collecting resin statues, we invite you to order consciously.
