• Select the Pre-Orders or China Stock section from the main menu or browse through the other sections of our online store and choose the item you want to order.
• In the product sheet select the variant (if available) and the quantity.
  You can choose whether to pay the full amount immediately or pay only the deposit. The remaining amount will be requested monthly in the case of in-stock products (usually 2 additional installments in addition to the deposit) or when the product is ready for shipment for pre-order products. See here for more details.
• After adding the product to the cart, click on the "Check Out" button and provide all the necessary information.
• Continue to "Shipping" and then "Payment" to choose your preferred payment method.
• Make sure all the information entered is correct and then click on "Complete Order".
• You will receive an email confirming your order within a few minutes.
• The details of all orders can be viewed in the orders section of your account.

• Statues are produced in limited quantities and sometimes by the number of units ordered.
• The money paid as a deposit for a pre-order is paid immediately to the studio to guarantee the production of your statue.
• Cancellation fees are charged for all orders if cancelled.
• The cancellation penalty is equal to the deposit amount paid for the item.
• Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation and must follow our return policy.

Yes, if you find another customer who is willing to take over your order, we can transfer it to them at no additional cost.
This is not possible if the order has already been shipped.

In the event that the studio officially cancels a project your order will be refunded in full.
