  • 📜 Return & Refund Notice

    ⏰ The 14-day right of withdrawal begins only after you receive the product. Pre-order cancellations are not accepted before the product is shipped.

    📦 Customers cover return shipping and any customs duties or taxes when sending the product back to the original warehouse in China.

    ❌ Customized products requests (“Find my Statue”) and sale items cannot be returned.

    ✅ Return items in the same condition and packaging. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond inspection.
